Experience delivering engineering transformation initiatives, including complex change projects.
Strong understanding of engineering operations and product development across sectors.
Experience designing and implementing operating models and governance.
Knowledge of digital engineering concepts such as digital twin and AI applications.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver engineering transformation programs for clients.
Lead or contribute to multi-industry client projects from design to through-life support.
Help clients leverage digital technologies and new operating models.
Contribute to proposals, client pitches and internal development.
