Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead ERP implementation efforts involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will map Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Distribution requirements and translate them into system design and test artefacts.

Working with global IT and business teams, you will develop URS/FRS, write user stories, and support data conversion validation, testing, and deployment to ensure regulatory compliance across EU markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project delivery.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project implementation.
• Familiarity with FDA requirements for validated systems (GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in EU markets and awareness of EU tax and legal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand Finance (Record to Report), HR (Hire to Retire), Procurement/Expense (Procure to Pay), and Supply Chain (Order to Cash).
• Facilitate deep dive requirements sessions and map cross-functional processes and URS/FRS.
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and user-acceptance test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive value realization.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with standalone or embedded AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs.
• Voice of the business: translate requirements into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities ensuring quality and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other teams to drive alignment.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and digital enablement opportunities for enterprise transformation.
• Support development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication across teams.
