Job summary

Zip Water seeks an ERP Systems Support Analyst to provide day-to-day Pronto and ERP support across the UK business. You will investigate system issues, reconcile data and help stabilise WMS while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams.

The role requires strong IT knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data integrity, and system integrations. Onsite work in the UK with global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; direct Pronto experience is not essential.
• Strong general IT knowledge focused on software, applications and business systems.
• Understanding of system integrations, EDI, networks, servers, protocols and file transfers.
• Experience investigating system issues, reconciling data and identifying root causes.
• Ability to understand end-to-end ERP transaction and process flows.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pronto & ERP Support - Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Pronto, responding to user queries and incidents.
• System Investigation - Investigate system problems and determine corrective action or escalation.
• Data Reconciliation & Maintenance - Perform checks and corrective maintenance on data and transactions.
• Root Cause Resolution - Identify recurring failure points and support fixes.
• Systems Integration - Support interaction between Pronto and WMS, Salesforce, EDI and other systems.
• Technical IT Support - Apply knowledge of software, networks, servers and file transfers to diagnose issues.
• WMS Stabilisation - Support stabilisation of Warehouse Management System and data integrity.
• Process Improvement - Improve ERP-related processes across teams.
• Cognos Financial Reporting - Support reporting through Cognos from the ERP.
