Job summary

Epicor UK is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve finance, ERP, and integration issues for our SaaS and on-premise solutions. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, or chat, reproduce problems, test fixes, and document solutions.

You will work with Sage, Dynamics NAV/GP, and Epicor Kinetic interfaces, contribute to knowledge bases, mentor colleagues, and stay current with product releases and ERP changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in technical support, application support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting or troubleshooting finance or accounting software required.
• Experience with Sage, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Epicor Kinetic, or comparable finance applications preferred.
• ERP knowledge or experience preferred.
• SaaS, e-commerce, client-server applications, SQL, or systems integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by phone, email, or chat to diagnose issues and document solutions.
• Troubleshoot client-server software issues involving SQL, web servers, payment terminals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Investigate ERP finance functionality, data flows, and integrations between ERP systems and finance packages.
• Respond to complex or non-routine issues where standard procedures fail to resolve problems.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, troubleshooting documentation, and process improvements.
