Job summary

Epicor is seeking a skilled technical support professional in the UK to diagnose and resolve complex ERP, finance, and system issues via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot client-server software, test solutions, and document steps for knowledge bases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will expand automation, assist with system configuration, and mentor junior staff as part of a proactive, customer-focused support organization.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in technical or application support.
• Experience with finance or accounting packages required.
• Experience with Sage, Dynamics NAV/GP, Epicor Kinetic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues via phone, email, or chat and document solutions.
• Troubleshoot client-server apps involving SQL, web servers, and devices.
• Investigate ERP finance functionality and data flows.
• Explain issues and recommend solutions to customers.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
