Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Customer Success specialist to support accounting, stock, CRM, e-commerce, BI and supply chain modules within an ERP. You will help customers maximise value and work with a growing team to deliver effective solutions across business processes.

You will handle inquiries, document issues and translate business needs into technical outcomes, applying analytical thinking, initiative and strong communication to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day working knowledge of Accounting, ERP or Business Management software.
• A degree or third-level qualification in Computer Science, Accounting or Business.
• Good knowledge of financial and management reporting, or strong financial acumen.
• A systematic approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills.
• Initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Support a growing customer base with technical and operational queries across ERP modules.
• Respond to system operation enquiries, document issues and work towards the optimal solution.
• Use creative thinking and problem-solving to resolve technical scenarios.
• Work across multiple ERP modules and integrated business systems.
