Job summary

DualEntry, building the OS for finance, seeks a seasoned CX/Account Manager to own key customer relationships and drive ERP adoption. You will lead success plans, coordinate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback, and implement scalable support processes for your accounts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ERP or finance solutions, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a track record of translating accounting needs into system configurations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ERP, accounting audit, or finance solutions.
• ERP implementation experience.
• Experience using or implementing ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Proven ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows.
• High technical aptitude (incl. SQL) and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Bonus: Professional services / consulting / account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own e2e account management outcomes: Manage key customer relationships, run success plans, and lead recurring check-ins.
• Own ERP adoption & expansion: Deliver trainings, optimize customer workflows, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Be the escalation point: Resolve critical issues for high-tier accounts post-go-live.
• Operationalize customer support: Create SOPs, support docs, and processes for owned accounts.
• Drive cross-team: Work with Product and Engineering to relay bugs and influence roadmap.
• Become a product expert: Develop deep expertise in using the product and translate accounting needs into configurations.
