Qualifications

5+ years experience in presales within ERP or equivalent ERP experience.
Success supporting direct and channel sales.
Experience in manufacturing and distribution industries.
Proven ability to present to customers and demonstrate products.
Background with ERP vendors or VARs (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, QAD).

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Solution Engineers ensuring high service standards.
Translate client requirements to solutions; drive technical discussions and demos.
Conduct technical presentations; manage POC and trial processes.
Build relationships with clients through technical expertise and credibility.
Influence clients with product value and assist with pricing considerations.
Travel up to 50% domestically.
