Principal Consultant – Epicor ERP

Salary - £100,000 + Bonus

Location - Fully Remote with occasional travel to customer sites.

Our client has been delivering integrated ERP solutions and is recognised as one of the most established Epicor partners across the UK. With over three decades of experience and a dedicated team of specialists, they support organisations across diverse sectors. Chapman Tate is recruiting a Principal Consultant to take ownership of large-scale Epicor ERP programmes. This role suits someone who combines deep technical and functional knowledge of Epicor with strong commercial awareness, outstanding people skills, and proven leadership capability.

You will act as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through process change, system optimisation, and ERP transformation. You will lead and inspire a team of five Functional Consultants, ensuring successful project delivery and high standards of consultancy.

Ensure projects remain on track with agreed milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Coach, guide, and manage a team of five consultants, balancing workloads and supporting professional growth.
Act as a senior escalation point for functional challenges and client issues.
