Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Software Developer to join a major government programme in Bristol, working on payroll services within a large Oracle HCM environment. This hands-on role focuses on payroll development, calculations and integrations, with emphasis on Fast Formula and HDL/HSDL technologies.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential and must be in place.
• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll experience.
• Hands-on payroll configuration and development experience.
• Proficient with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with SQL and PLSQL development.
• OTBI/BI reporting knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll and integration issues.
• Experience in large Oracle HCM environments or corporate/shared services.
• Knowledge of DevOps delivery practices in a public sector context.

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Software Developer to join a major government programme supporting business-critical payroll services and high-priority change across a large Oracle HCM environment.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on payroll development rather than reporting or dashboard creation. You'll be responsible for developing and supporting payroll functionality, integrations, calculations and enhancements within Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.

Please note that active SC Clearance is essential for this role and must already be in place due to the project's onboarding timescales and immediate delivery requirements.
