Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager to lead a major cloud ERP transition. You will own the cutover strategy, data migration execution, and go-live governance, coordinating across business, IT and partner teams to minimize disruption.

Key responsibilities include managing data cleansing, mapping and validation, dress rehearsals, and hypercare post-go-live support. Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ERP cutovers within large transformation programmes.
• Experience with data cleansing, mapping and migration activities.
• Strong governance, risk and issue management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the cutover strategy and execution plan.
• Lead go-live readiness and ensure business/technical prerequisites.
• Coordinate cross-functional cutover activities across teams.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to new ERP.
• Provide post-go-live support and hypercare planning.
• Report deployment readiness and risks to senior stakeholders.
