Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Workday Cutover Lead for a 9‑monthFTC to drive a controlled go‑live across a complex enterprise environment in Crawley. You will establish the cutover strategy, runbooks and governance, coordinating readiness across testing, data migration, integration, security and infrastructure teams.

The role requires experience with Workday or similar SaaS implementations, plus strong project delivery skills and the ability to manage stakeholder engagements and decommission legacy

Qualifications

Experience with Workday, Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise SaaS implementations.
Experience coordinating decommissioning of legacy applications incl. archive, access, reporting and audit considerations.
Knowledge of data migration, integration validation, service transition and operational readiness practices.

Responsibilities

Lead cutover strategy and governance for a complex enterprise environment.
Develop and manage runbooks, dependency maps and control procedures.
Coordinate readiness inputs across testing, data migration, integration, security, and infrastructure teams.
Deliver Go/No-Go recommendations and executive status reporting.
