Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will organize requirements sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and translate them into URS/FRS and system design specifications.

You will support testing, data conversion validation, and user acceptance testing, work with global IT teams, and ensure compliance with FDA/GxP, ISO standards, and EU tax and legal reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820 and electronic records/e-signatures.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• EU markets experience with focus on tax and legal reporting.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand processes in Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into URS/FRS and system design specifications.
• Coordinate with IT teams on solution design discussions.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Analyze problems and identify tech-enabled improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across global teams.
