Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced business analyst to lead ERP implementation efforts, focusing on Oracle Fusion and Salesforce integration across Finance, Procurement, and Distribution. You will develop detailed requirements and support testing and data validation for a global deployment.

You will collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams across the EU, translate business needs into user stories and functional specs, and help ensure compliant, scalable solutions aligned with

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, IT project methods, and ERP implementation documentation.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project execution.
• Understanding of GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820, and E-signature controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• EU markets experience with focus on tax and legal reporting; Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organise requirements and data gathering sessions to map finance, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Lead requirements workshops and document URS/FRS to guide system design.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans; support testing, validation, and data conversion.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
