Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced business analyst to drive an ERP implementation across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will map cross‑functional processes, translate requirements into detailed designs, and support testing and data validation for Oracle Fusion and Salesforce integrations.

The role requires strong leadership, exposure to GMP/GxP regulatory environments, and a solid grasp of EU market compliance and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in all aspects of business analysis, IT project methodology, and comprehensive system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross‑functional project implementation.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience/certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and awareness of EU commercial and legal space, especially tax and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand business processes and system functionality across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into URS/FRS and cross‑functional process maps.
• Coordinate with IT to design solutions and system specifications.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive scalability and value.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize, including AI agent adoption where appropriate.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other teams to align initiatives in a matrixed environment.
