Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager to lead a major cloud ERP transition in Manchester. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP cutovers in large transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering data migration workstreams for ERP platforms.
• Strong cutover planning, operational readiness and go-live governance.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business, technical and third-party teams.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies including cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent risk management, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the cutover strategy and execution plan for a major ERP implementation.
• Lead go-live readiness criteria and dress rehearsals to ensure minimal disruption.
• Coordinate cross-functional cutover activities across business, IT and delivery partners.
• Oversee end-to-end data migration from legacy systems into the new ERP environment.
• Facilitate data workshops to gather requirements and define migration approaches.
• Monitor data quality and drive remediation of data-related risks and issues.
