Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a recognized industry leader, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, fully cloud-based solution that is integrated with major ERP providers.
Role Overview:
As Sales Director, you will lead and coach a team of three, with a unique position to sell to ERP clients through established contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients.
The Strategy:
The ideal candidate will have a strong contact base within Oracle’s sales teams and partners, focusing on selling Enterprise Tax determination solutions. You should possess a robust ERP Financials background to effectively sell Tax solutions and network within this space at a swift pace.
Leverage relationships with Oracle and SAP sales teams and partners to generate leads and accelerate deal closures in the UK & Ireland.
Target deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale, supported by a multi-billion dollar business.
Develop a team focused on specific ERP providers to cultivate enterprise deals.
Report to SVP level and lead by example to promote a hunter sales culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office per week.

Candidate Profile:
With over 10 years in senior sales roles, you excel in closing enterprise deals in markets valued between $500 million and $3 billion.
You are skilled in ERP Financials solutions, with deep knowledge of Oracle (and ideally SAP) partner ecosystems. Experience leading a team and familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, and Sanderson are preferred, especially within the UK&I territory.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists focusing on different ERP providers, selling a third-party Tax SaaS solution that automates global tax processes for finance departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop a robust deal pipeline.
Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions, with ERP solutions being the primary focus.
