Qualifications

• Experience in an Application Support or Service Desk role.
• Experience supporting ERP or business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive about continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with COINS ERP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for COINS ERP and cloud apps.
• Manage tickets through SysAid and JIRA with accurate records.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Help test system updates, service packs, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and user guides.
• Gather requirements and support change initiatives.
