Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing UK housebuilder. You will provide first-line and second-line support for Coins and cloud applications, manage updates, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes that support business growth.

You'll collaborate with ERP and cloud teams, document solutions, train end-users, and monitor system performance to ensure minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Application Support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, or Business Systems Support role.
• Experience supporting ERP systems or other business-critical applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Desirable skills include

• Experience supporting COINS ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of user access management, integrations, upgrades, and ERP administration.
• Experience using SysAid, JIRA, or comparable IT service management tools.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• A car allowance of £5,700
