Job summary

Adecco is recruiting an ERP Change Manager for Staffordshire Police on a 12-month temporary contract. The role will lead people-side change for an Oracle Fusion ERP deployment alongside Totalmobile GRS, impacting around 4,000 officers and staff.

You will drive adoption with hands-on change management, design and run workshops, engage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure readiness and clear communications while complying with police vetting requirements.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering business change within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Experience engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Hands-on approach to change management, able to run workshops and engage staff effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute practical change management plans aligned with programme milestones and outcomes.
• Conduct assessments to identify dependencies, risks and adoption challenges; monitor readiness and adoption progress.
• Design and facilitate interactive workshops to engage teams and individuals effectively.
• Build relationships across business and programme teams; influence senior leaders to secure buy-in.
• Collaborate with communications teams to craft messages about technology-driven changes.
• Track and report adoption progress and implement strategies for smooth transitions.
