You will develop roadmaps, governance, and strategic technology plans while managing upgrades, integrations and data integrity to deliver real business value. Flexible working is available within the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ERP or business systems within manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and project-based processes.
• Experience leading upgrades, integrations and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ERP platform and wider application portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
• Develop system roadmaps, governance frameworks, and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and deliver solutions.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, integrations, reporting and data integrity.
• Oversee vendor relationships with software suppliers and partners.
• Champion automation and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with goals.
