Job summary

Danesmoor Group seeks an experienced ERP Transformation Programme Manager to lead the client-side programme management capability. You will work with our implementation partner and senior leaders to provide governance, structure and delivery discipline across the Group.

Based in the UK, this rolling fixed-term contract spans across Life Kitchens, For Living and PWS Distributors, aiming to redesign processes, improve data quality and enable future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large ERP implementations and multi-year transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to operate with board-level stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan with implementation partners.
• Coordinate multiple business and technical workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, milestones and critical paths.
• Drive accountability for actions, deliverables and decisions.
• Maintain momentum while balancing day-to-day pressures.
• Lead governance, RAID, change control and benefits tracking.
