Baltimore Consulting seeks an ERP Business Change Lead to head the organisational change around amajor ERP transformation. The role reports into Transformation leadership and will coordinate a network of Change Champions across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
The position focuses on people, process and culture change, not just technology, delivering business readiness and sustainable adoption across services. Hybrid working in Yorkshire-based local authorities is offered.

Ready to lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in a complex public sector environment? As an ERP Business Change Lead, you will sit at the heart of an organisation‑wide ERP transformation, driving the people, process and cultural change required to deliver lasting business outcomes. Reporting into the Head of Transformation & Change, you will influence senior leaders, shape future operating models and lead a network of over 100 Change Champions, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to embrace new ways of working across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
