Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a global environment.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process improvement, business analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using tools such as Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting business transformation, system implementations, testing, training, and change management activities.
