Tiger Recruitment is seeking a Business Systems Manager to provide systems support for the organisation's ERP, working with Finance and Operations to keep the system up to date. You will input and maintain data, document user requirements for new modules, and liaise across Operations, Sales and Marketing to align live data with the system.

The role requires data analysis to deliver insights and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Formación

• Experience in data entry with business software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify practical solutions.
• Proactive approach to identifying improvements.
• Solid IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Input, maintain and review data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Business Systems Manager to improve processes.
• Gather user requirements for new modules and ensure required functionality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to reflect live data in the system.
• Carry out reconciliations of financial and operational data.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to provide insights.
