Tiger Recruitment is seeking a Business Systems Manager to provide systems support for the organisation's ERP, working with Finance and Operations to keep the system up to date. You will input and maintain data, document user requirements for new modules, and liaise across Operations, Sales and Marketing to align live data with the system.

The role requires data analysis to deliver insights and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Business Systems Manager

Location: Office Based, South West London

Salary: 35-40k per annum

Role overview:

This role will provide systems support for the organisation's ERP system, working closely with the Business Systems Manager and the Finance and Operations teams to ensure the system is maintained and kept up to date. The role will also support the testing and implementation of additional system modules and functionality, as directed by the Business Systems Manager.

What you'll do:

• Input, maintain and review data within the system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all information held, and investigating any discrepancies with relevant colleagues.
• Work with the Business Systems Manager to develop, review and sense-check processes, identifying appropriate solutions to issues raised by system users.
• Help gather and document user requirements for new system modules, ensuring the system delivers the functionality and solutions required by the wider business.
• Liaise with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure the system accurately reflects live business data, including delivery schedules, customer orders and stock movements.
• Carry out regular reconciliations of financial and operational data to ensure business reporting is accurate and reliable.
• Undertake ad-hoc data analysis, interpreting raw data and providing relevant sales, operational and financial insights to stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Experience in data entry and working with business software systems.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both in writing and in person.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• The ability to think critically and identify practical, creative solutions to problems.
• A curious and proactive approach, with the confidence to investigate issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Good general IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ideally, at least one year's experience in a similar role.
