The role requires strong SQL, ERP, and reporting skills, with responsibility for documentation, user training, and on-call support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a similar IT/systems analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with ERP, reporting and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from conception to completion.
• Analyse requirements and plan IT resources.
• Develop automation and integration initiatives to improve productivity.
• Document development work and provide user training.
• Provide on-call IT support and cover colleagues during holidays.
