Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to lead ERP implementation workstreams, covering Oracle Fusion, Salesforce and related finance, tax, order management, pricing and distribution processes.

You will translate business requirements into system design, support testing and data validation, and work with global teams to deliver complex migration projects with a strong emphasis on EU regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis and IT project methodologies.
• Experience with large ERP implementations (or similar enterprise platforms).
• Understanding of validated systems and regulatory requirements (GMP/GxP, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification is preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and EU commercial/regulatory space (tax & reporting).

Responsibilities

• Organise requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance (Record to Report), HR (Hire to Retire), Procurement/Expense, and Supply Chain/Distribution.
• Facilitate deep-dive requirements and map cross-functional processes, data flows, and requirements (URS/FRS).
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analyse complex business problems and identify tech-enabled solutions to drive value.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise with AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT to design, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs.
• Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories and designs.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities ensuring quality and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally to align with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other teams.
• Identify process improvement and digital enablement opportunities for transformation.
• Support business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication.
