Job summary

Greene King is seeking a People Advisor ER in Branston, UK, on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide first-line ER guidance and support to managers and teams across retail and corporate operations.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00–19:00, with a focus on case management, stakeholder communication, and ER administration. The ideal candidate understands payroll, GDPR, and Workday HCM, and can manage workloads independently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR people practices, including payroll and compliance.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday HCM.
• Understanding of GDPR requirements.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise, manage your own workload, and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage ER cases through Case Management System with accurate details and timely updates.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring clear communication with managers and wider stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across the business to stay informed and support operational needs.
• Support with letters, day-to-day ER administration, and TUPE-related tasks.
• Act as a point of escalation for more complex queries.
