Greene King is seeking a People Advisor ER in Branston, UK, on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide first-line ER guidance and support to managers and teams across retail and corporate operations.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00–19:00, with a focus on case management, stakeholder communication, and ER administration. The ideal candidate understands payroll, GDPR, and Workday HCM, and can manage workloads independently.

As a People Advisor ER you will provide first‑line ER guidance that empowers managers and team members, while keeping processes running smoothly across both our retail and corporate teams.

Job Description

This role has been created to provide additional resource in response to a temporary increase in workload and service demand. The appointment is for a 12 month fixed-term period while the business assesses and implements longer-term improvements to systems, processes and operating models. The role is therefore linked to a temporary business need and there is no expectation or guarantee of ongoing employment beyond the fixed-term contract.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), working Monday to Friday, 12pm-7pm, to cover our busiest periods.

As People Advisor ERA, you will…
