Job summary

Full Circle Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large engineering/infrastructure organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based from Hattersley with hybrid working and regional travel across the North.

You will manage a high-volume employee relations workload, advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and provide practical HR policy guidance and coaching to support people decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume employee relations cases.
• Ability to coach and advise managers on HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities
