Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse and logistics equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs. You will diagnose faults, perform welding repairs, and maintain detailed maintenance records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to minimize downtime and improve safety and reliability across our facilities in the Milton Keynes area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an equipment maintenance or technician role.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common equipment malfunctions.
• Proficient in performing general electric welding and gas welding repairs.
• Advanced technical certifications or trade licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work on warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Carry out general electric welding and gas welding repairs when required, ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment performance data.
