Job summary

The Equipment Maintenance Technician at JINGDONG Logistics is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable operation of warehouse equipment through preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform welding repairs, and maintain detailed maintenance logs to minimize downtime.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a track record of fast response times.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of equipment maintenance or technician experience.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common equipment malfunctions.
Proficient in gas welding and general electric welding.
Long-term contract workers transitioning to permanent employment may be considered.
Certifications or trade licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work on warehouse equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
Carry out welding repairs when required, ensuring safety compliance.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
