Global Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Hire Co-ordinator to manage the fulfilment of hire contracts and customer care tickets from Stafford. The role involves coordinating hire orders, emergency hires, and related logistics in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with CRM and finance systems, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and engineers. On-call responsibilities and after-hours support are included.

Qualifications

• General administration experience including phone handling, touch typing, email writing and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with HubSpot, Smartsheet/AppSheet and Sage.
• Technical aptitude and ability to interpret requirements and drawings.

Responsabilités

• Process Hire Orders/Enquiries and participate in 24/7 on-call rota for emergencies.
• Liaise with engineering manager on asset and labour requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate hire deliveries and collections and manage related paperwork.
• Handle inquiries from repeat customers and manage transfer of purchase orders.
• Prepare RAMS and site requirements for engineers and assist with after-hours escalations.
