Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a friendly Customer Care Advisor to join our team across Thistle Equine, with a primary base at Brown Egg, Inchinnan, and flex across our three practices. This is a full-time role based between all three locations, primarily at Brown Egg, Inchinnan.

You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, greet clients, process payments, and support colleagues to ensure a seamless client and patient journey. Working pattern is 8.45am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues

• Liaise between clients and the clinical team to provide high-level customer care
• Meet and greet clients and their horses
• Book appointments and manage the diary
• Handle telephone and email enquiries
• Process payments for services and products
• Manage cash flow and end-of-day banking tasks
