Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited (DSFS) is seeking an EPR Product Support Analyst to deliver configuration of features within the Electronic Patient Record system. The role is primarily on-site with travel between SFH Trust sites and requires unsociable hours during go-live.

You will work with clinical teams and technical staff, focusing on configuration, testing, and user support to ensure smooth operation and documented processes. Interviews are planned for w/c 09/11/2026.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level or equivalent experience in health informatics, IT, or a related discipline.
• Training in EPR systems or healthcare informatics.
• Experience providing system or application support in a healthcare or IT environment.
• Familiarity with logging, triaging, and resolving incidents.
• Exposure to testing processes and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• The postholder will work closely with supplier Product Specialists, clinical teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth operation of EPR solution, maintain accurate documentation, and support testing activities.
• It is essential that applicant has experience in configuration standards and application testing including automated testing systems.
• This role is critical in ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and that users receive high-quality support during implementation and optimisation phases.
• Nerve Centre Configuration knowledge will be advantageous.
• You will be required to demonstrate the product to a range of stakeholders in groups and or individual (one to one).
