Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking an EPR Trainer to support the implementation and adoption of the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR). You will deliver role-based training, create learning resources and provide go-live support across Trust locations.

You will learn systems quickly and work independently in a fast-paced digital transformation programme. We welcome applicants with clinical, operational or administrative healthcare experience and a proactive, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• ECDL or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver role-based EPR training to clinical and non-clinical staff in classroom, workplace and virtual settings.
• Create clear training guides, presentations and learning resources.
• Work with clinical and operational teams to understand workflows and training needs.
• Support staff, Digital Champions and Super Users through change.
• Provide floorwalking and at-the-elbow support during go-live.
