Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited is seeking an EPR Product Analyst to support design, configuration and optimisation of the Electronic Patient Record system. You will gather requirements, analyse workflows and ensure accurate documentation, working mainly onsite with travel across three SFH Trust sites.

You will engage clinical and technical stakeholders, ensure configuration standards, support testing phases and drive adoption while adhering to patient safety and governance

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent in health informatics, IT, or related discipline.
• Formal qualification in business analysis or project support (e.g., BCS BA, PRINCE2 Foundation).
• Training in process mapping or configuration tools.
• JavaScript training or substantial experience with JavaScript within an EPR system.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between clinical teams, technical specialists and suppliers to inform product decisions and configuration standards.
• Lead or manage a team to deliver a configuration package.
• Contribute to testing, data validation and adoption activities for the EPR solution.
