Job summary

Derbyshire Support & Facilities Services Limited is seeking a Project/Change Support role to help improve Trust services and implement change projects across clinical, operational and corporate teams. The role will monitor progress, report on governance groups, and promote best practice and continuous improvement.

The post requires on-site presence at Sherwood Forest Hospital a minimum of three days per week, with hybrid working arrangements across the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the improvement of Trust services with the EPR Programme Manager and CNIO
• Work with clinical areas and operational teams on change projects and cost and quality improvements
• Help deliver value for money and sustainable patient and staff improvements
• Hybrid working with on-site requirement at Sherwood Forest Hospital at least 3 days per week
