Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd. (DSFS) seeks an experienced Programme Director to lead the Nervecentre EPR programme. You will deliver strategic direction, governance, and multi-year transformation across clinical, operational and technical workstreams.

You will oversee budgets, supplier management and benefits realisation, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and impact on patient care and staff experience. Hybrid working with site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education or equivalent experience.
• Programme or project management qualification (MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Leadership qualification or equivalent senior management experience.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Digital Health, Healthcare Management or Informatics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Nervecentre EPR Programme delivery.
• Lead programme planning, governance, finances, risks and benefits achievement.
• Drive clinical and operational transformation with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee go-live and readiness activities.
• Ensure assurance, benefits realisation and continuous optimisation post deployment.
