Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd (DSFS) is recruiting for a Change Programme Manager to drive cost, quality and service improvements across the Trust, in collaboration with EPR programme leadership.

Hybrid working is available, with on-site presence required at Sherwood Forest Hospital at least 3 days per week. You will work across clinical, operational and corporate teams to deliver tangible improvements and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Strong project/programme management experience in NHS/public sector.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• IT literate with MS Office and data reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of cost, quality and service improvement projects across the Trust.
• Work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to implement agreed project plans and change initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, provide updates, and elevate risks or issues where required.
• Support audits, data collection, reporting and evaluation of improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations and communications for stakeholders and governance groups.
• Promote best practice, engagement and continuous improvement across services.
• Act as a resource for project management, change management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Support training and communication activities to drive adoption of improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality, information governance and security standards.
• Comply with Trust policies, including Health & Safety, Infection Prevention & Control, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
