Job summary

Baxterstorey Uk is seeking a dedicated team player to support operations and projects coordination. This role involves assisting with EPOS systems, maintaining product records, and providing operational support while ensuring excellent customer service.

With strong attention to detail and a commitment to service delivery, you will also facilitate training for the EPOS system and assist with data reporting using Power BI.

• Ability to communicate clearly via phone, Teams, face-to-face, and email.
• Very good attention to detail and a focus on delivering accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Report to and support the Operations Coordinator.
• Assist with EPOS setup and product record maintenance.
• Provide operational support and liaise with teams.
• Ensure EPOS systems are built and configured to specification.
• Support training on the EPOS system.
