BaxterStorey is seeking an EPOS Support Administrator to join our operations team on a 9-12 month fixed-term, on-site basis. Reporting to the Operations and Projects Coordinator, you will help mobilise new business units, maintain product data across EPOS systems and ensure a consistent product hierarchy.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, training support, and collaboration with operations across sites. You will work with Kanpla, Till mapping, price updates, and Power BI reporting, while

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a team player with a commitment to excellent service.
• Good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple contracts.
• Clear communication across phone, Teams, in person and email.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• General knowledge of EPOS systems in Hospitality.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Power BI or other reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Support EPOS mobilisation and setup and communicate new business units during site mobilisation.
• Data entry and maintenance of product records, cost prices, selling prices, barcodes, recipes, and Nutritics links.
• Ensure products have up-to-date attributes and data.
• Support operations with till mapping and price updates; liaise with onsite teams for setup requirements.
• Configure EPOS systems to specification within timescales.
• Set up and maintain Kanpla units including till updates and price changes; handle client requests.
• Assist with EPOS training and ad hoc requests from Operations Managers.
• Assist with Kanpla and Power BI reporting outputs.
