Job summary

Punch Pubs & Co in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior EPOS Data Administrator to lead the EPOS data administration across the business, ensuring data is accurate, controlled and delivered on time.

You will set priorities, coach a team, collaborate with finance, commercial, marketing, and retail teams, and drive improvements while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPOS systems is essential.
• Experience in data administration or retail systems administration is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EPOS Data Administration team.
• Plan workloads and ensure timely delivery against priorities.
• Oversee EPOS data accuracy and change control.
• Act as escalation point for complex EPOS data issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Promote consistent ways of working across the team.
