BELECTRIC Solar Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead EPC contract management across solar PV and battery storage projects in the UK. You will own contract strategy, negotiate with customers and suppliers, and ensure delivery to high quality, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract and claim management on large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC contract management for projects and subcontracts.
• Support sales and project teams with contract management capability.
• Apply contracting strategy to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare, review, negotiate and manage EPC contracts incl. scope, costs and timelines.
• Manage amendments, variations and claims with risk assessment.
• Support teams on disputes, escalations and claims.
