Job summary

BELECTRIC UK, a member of Elevion Group, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager for Additional Services in its Operations & Maintenance portfolio. The role is home-based with regular travel to sites, offering up to £55,000 and a permanent contract.

You will lead upgrade, repair and remediation programs across solar farms and BESS sites, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working on solar or BESS sites, ideally utility-scale.
• Knowledge of construction activities for solar farms and BESS sites.
• Understanding of CDM & HSE regulations.
• Budget and cost management experience.
• Programme planning and scheduling skills.
• Contract management experience.
• Experience managing electrical and civil project work.
• Experience managing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver upgrade, repair and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Manage a pipeline of project work from quotation to warranty claims.
• Forecast long-term resource demand and balance supply.
• Develop and manage relationships with quality sub-contractors.
• Create and maintain a consolidated Project Plan with resources, costs and timescales.
• Execute the Project Plan in line with contracts, warranties and BELECTRIC standards.
• Identify risks, changes to scope, cost and programme, and obtain approvals.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, highlighting risks to margin.
• Coordinate with OEMs, DNOs, and contractors as needed.
• Ensure safety, profitability, quality and warranty considerations are met.
