Job summary

BELECTRIC UK, a member of Elevion Group, is seeking an Additional Services Delivery Manager to lead and deliver projects within the O&M portfolio of solar farms and BESS sites. This home-based role requires regular travel to sites across the UK and offers up to £55,000 salary plus benefits.

You will plan, manage and deliver upgrade, repair and remediation works, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working on solar or BESS sites (utility scale preferred).
• Knowledge of CDM & HSE regulations and safe delivery.
• Budget/cost management experience across projects.
• Programme planning and scheduling for multi-site works.
• Contract management and sub-contractor oversight.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage risks and variations to scope and costs.
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute upgrade, repair and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Manage pipeline through quotation, planning, execution, invoicing and warranty claims.
• Forecast long-term resource demand and address imbalances.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and OEMs to support delivery.
• Produce and manage the consolidated Project Plan with costs, resources and timescales.
• Ensure work meets HSQE standards, CDM and contractual requirements.
• Address delivery risks and manage changes to scope, cost, and programme.
