Job summary

BELECTRIC UK is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead EPC contracts strategy across our solar PV and battery storage projects in the UK. You’ll own development and management of EPC contracts and subcontracts, support sales and project teams, and ensure delivery to high quality, on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive EPC contract experience, strong negotiation skills, excellent English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in contract and claim management on mid to large construction projects.
Experience in EPC contracts and project matters in an EPC environment.
Experience negotiating agreements with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
Excellent communicator fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead development and management of EPC contracts and subcontracts.
Support sales and project teams with contract management capabilities.
Apply contracting strategy to deliver on time, within budget, high quality.
Prepare, review, negotiate and manage EPC contracts including scope, timeline, costs, communications, documentation.
Manage amendments, variations and claims including events and facts.
Support project teams in contractual matters including risk management, disputes, and claims.
Develop and maintain standards and processes for EPC contract management including KPIs.
Foster relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
