Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions seeks an accomplished EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects in the UK. You will manage the full EPC lifecycle from design reviews to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, budget, and performance targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in BESS within an EPC framework, strong procurement oversight, and effective client and stakeholder management across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering Solar and/or BESS projects within an EPC or turnkey environment.
• Experience with UK contract practices and health & safety obligations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with grid connection standards and HV/LV integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope EPC delivery of utility-scale Solar/BESS projects in the UK.
• Coordinate procurement interfaces and BoP/hardware deliverables.
• Oversee on-site construction, quality, schedule, and safety (HSE/CDM).
• Manage stakeholder communications and reporting to clients and partners.
• Apply CPM planning, risk mitigation, and change control processes.
• Interface with clients, DNOs, and subcontractors throughout EPC lifecycle.
