Key duties include assisting project managers, organizing complex schedules, and ensuring timely regulatory filings while maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience coordinating large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with federal Impact Assessments and provincial/federal environmental regulatory processes.
• Experience engaging with Indigenous communities and key stakeholders.
• Experience managing timelines, sensitive data, and time-sensitive filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
